For your wedding reception or other special event we offer a special all-day rate of only £275 which includes use of the kitchen and bar.

Kitchen

Use of the kitchen is included free with bookings in the main hall. If you just want the kitchen by itself (e.g. for an outdoor event) the cost is £15.00 per hour.

Booking times

Please ensure your booking times include whatever amount of time you need to set-up your event and to clear away afterwards.

Minimum booking

Please note that there is a minimum booking period of 1 hour and a minimum charge of £12.00

Payments

We accept payments by cash, cheque, and credit or debit card.

Please remember that the use of the sound system in the Janet Phillips Hall, and the crockery and cutlery is all included within these hire fees - we do not have any "hidden extras"!
